Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 green zucchini
  • 3 summer squash
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon coconut aminos or gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoons rice vinegar

Instruction

  • Spiralize zucchini, summer squash, carrots, and cucumbers. Add onions and cilantro and toss. Reserve until time to serve.
