Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 4 - eggs beaten
  • 3 cup(s) thinly chopped zucchini, unpeeled
  • 1 cup(s) bisquick
  • 1/2 cup(s) onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley copped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano, dried
  • 1 dash(es) fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 clove(s) finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease 9x13 baking pan
  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add a little water. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden in color. You may also use mini cupcake pans to make these as appetizers.
