The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound Ziti (may use penne, or other short, tubular pasta)
- Table salt for cooking pasta
- 1 pound Whole-milk cottage cheese (2 cups (may us 1%))
- 3 ounces Parmesan cheese ((1-1/2 cups) divided)
- 2 Eggs (large)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 5 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 28 ounces Tomato sauce
- 14.5 ounces Diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3/4 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 8 ounces Whole-milk mozzarella cheese **(see notes) (Cut into 1/4-inch pieces (1-1/2 cups) divided )
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 3 Garlic Cloves (minces)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (extra virgin)
- Parsley or Basil (or both) (minced)
Instruction
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350℉.
