Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups cilantro (stems trimmed )
  • 2 large jalapeños (or 4 small jalapeños; chopped with seeds removed but reserved)
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients EXCEPT the olive oil to a food processor and pulse for 15 seconds. Then, with the motor still running, pour the olive oil in through the top and pulse until the sauce is smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Taste, and add more salt if needed. If you want it to be spicier, add some of the reserved jalapeño seeds. Enjoy!
