Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup / 250ml Greek or plain yogurt
- 2 oz / 50g toasted mixed nuts and seeds of choice:
- Almond
- Hazelnut
- Walnut
- Pumpkin seed
- ...
- Optional:
- 1 teaspoon Agave syrup or sweetener of choice
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 oz / 50g Raspberries or other berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
Instruction
- Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.
- Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It's an optional step that can be completely left out.
- Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.
- Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Optionally, make a bigger batch in the oven essentially creating keto granola.
- Make the layers with yogurt, berries of choice and the roasted nuts.
