Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup / 250ml Greek or plain yogurt
  • 2 oz / 50g toasted mixed nuts and seeds of choice:
  • Almond
  • Hazelnut
  • Walnut
  • Pumpkin seed
  • ...
  • Optional:
  • 1 teaspoon Agave syrup or sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 oz / 50g Raspberries or other berries of choice (fresh or frozen)

Instruction

  • Put the nuts of your choice into a food processor and chop it to desired sized chunks. Mind not to overdo it as that would result in some rough nut flour that not necessarily our goal here.
  • Mix sweetener of choice and vanilla extract with the chopped nuts for a bit more of excitement in flavor. It's an optional step that can be completely left out.
  • Roast the chunks of nuts in a frying pan on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the whole batch gets a throughout golden brown color.
  • Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Optionally, make a bigger batch in the oven essentially creating keto granola.
  • Make the layers with yogurt, berries of choice and the roasted nuts.
