Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 150 g greek yogurt
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- handful strawberries
- handful raspberries
- handful blueberries
- 6 mini pancakes*
Instruction
- Measure out the yoghurt into a bowl and add the maple syrup or honey. Stir until combined.
- Wash the fruit in cold water and drain on kitchen paper. Chop the tops off the strawberries and if they are quite large, cut into smaller pieces.
- Lay out the pancakes out on a chopping board or plate. Place a dollop of yoghurt on each pancake and swirl around with the back of a spoon to cover.
- Top with the fruit, laying it out in pretty patterns to decorate if wanted.
- Serve immediately.
