Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 lemon juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes (halved)
- 4 mandarin oranges (peeled and sectioned)
- 1 cup pineapple (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup strawberries (trimmed and quartered)
- Fresh mint (for garnish, optional)
Instruction
- Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients in a large bowl until fully incorporated, then toss in the fruit and stir to combine and fully coat the fruit.
- Serve immediately or cover and let chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat.
