Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 gms Yogurt
- 15-20 Mint leaves
- 6-8 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Zest of lemon
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Instruction
- Hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours for the excess water to drain or else you can also use Greek Yogurt.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and garlic cloves.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve with warm pita chips or crackers.
