Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250 gms Yogurt
  • 15-20 Mint leaves
  • 6-8 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Zest of lemon
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Instruction

  • Hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours for the excess water to drain or else you can also use Greek Yogurt.
  • Finely chop the mint leaves and garlic cloves.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Serve with warm pita chips or crackers.
