Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 12 ounces plain non dairy yogurt (I used coconut milk yogurt)
  • 10 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon coconut palm sugar  (optional or use more dates)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or high speed blender and puree until smooth. 
  • If using a high speed blender, like a Vitamix, this will only take a few minutes. Traditional food processors or blenders will take longer, but eventually it will come out nice and smooth. If you want a thinner dip, then you can always add more milk.
