Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 5-7 ounces plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
- 1 Tablespoon toasted walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Instruction
- Toast coconut flakes and walnuts -- Place on a baking sheet in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until the coconut is golden. Let cool before placing on yogurt.
- Place yogurt into a bowl.
- Top with blueberries, coconut, walnuts and chia seeds.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the bowl, serve and enjoy.
