Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 5-7 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Instruction

  • Toast coconut flakes and walnuts -- Place on a baking sheet in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until the coconut is golden. Let cool before placing on yogurt.
  • Place yogurt into a bowl.
  • Top with blueberries, coconut, walnuts and chia seeds.
  • Drizzle maple syrup over the bowl, serve and enjoy.
