Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp mirin
  • 250g chicken thigh fillets, cut into 2cm chunks
  • 3 fat ones spring onions, cut into 2cm chunks

Instruction

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes (or use metal ones). Mix the miso, sugar and mirin until the sugar dissolves. Thread the chicken and onions alternately onto skewers.
  • Brush the skewers with some of the sauce, then grill until cooked through, brushing with more sauce as you go.
