Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 c self rising flour
- 1 c Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain, fat free for WW style)
- 1/2 c chocolate chips (optional add in)
- 1 egg white (to give outside a shine)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Use a kneading/paddle attachment on your mixer. Combine self rising flour, chocolate chips and yogurt together.
- Turn on mixer for 6 minutes or until a ball forms. If it is still sticky add a bit more flour until dough pulls away from sides.
- Remove ball of dough and place on a lightly floured surface. Divide this into 6 equal pieces and form each one into a ball.
- Then use fingers to make a larger than normal hole in the center (this will close quite a bit when baking). Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet
- Whisk egg whites and use a brush to brush on the top of each one so they get a bit of shine.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until tops are golden brown. Allow to cool on a cooling rack off of the pan.
