Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk ((5 ounce can))
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips ((12 ounce bag))
  • (1) 7 oz. jar Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts ((optional))

Instruction

  • Line a 9"x13" with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a double boiler, bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (temp should read 234 F on a candy thermometer).
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted.
  • Add vanilla and mix well. If you are using nuts, add them now, too.
  • Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
  • Lift foil out of pan and cut into small squares.
