Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 Cup Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing (Divided)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Coleslaw Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 12 Wonton Wrappers
  • 4 Tablespoons Green Onions (Thinly Sliced)
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (Roughly Chopped)
  • 2 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 2 Cups Coleslaw Mix

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil. Drape over the side of a casserole dish.  Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. 
  • In a large skillet, combine chicken, stir fry sauce, 6 tablespoons of sesame dressing, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Cook until warmed through. 
  • In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and dressing. 
  • Divide chicken and slaw mixture evenly between wonton tacos. Top with cilantro, green onions, and remaining sesame dressing.
