Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 pounds Beef short ribs
- 1 (28 ounce) can Tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 medium Onion sliced
Instruction
- Put everything except ribs in a 3.5 quart crock pot and put on high for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ribs and stir to coat and turn to medium heat. Cover and cook about 4 hours or until ribs are tender. Stir occasionally to keep ribs coated. When tender, remove ribs carefully and tilt pan to skim off fat. Add the ribs to the sauce again and stir to coat. Keep covered until ready to serve.
