- 2 sprigs dill (or thyme, fresh)
- 1.25 lb tuna steaks
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP butter (or olive oil)
- 1 TBSP tomato paste
- 1 TBSP chopped olives (optional, about 2 olives)
- 15 oz can white beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1 TBSP parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
