Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 750ml Champagne or sparkling wine (I used Moscato)
  • 100ml creme de cassis or other berry liqueur (I used cassis/blackcurrant cordial)
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 6 gelatine leaves
  • White chocolate shavings (recipe below)
  • Black caviar (I didn\'t use beluga.....)
  • 100-200g White chocolate
