The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 750ml Champagne or sparkling wine (I used Moscato)
- 100ml creme de cassis or other berry liqueur (I used cassis/blackcurrant cordial)
- 150g caster sugar
- 6 gelatine leaves
- White chocolate shavings (recipe below)
- Black caviar (I didn\'t use beluga.....)
- 100-200g White chocolate
