Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup froze Wild Blueberries
- 8 ounces coconut water
- 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 to 2 packets stevia, to taste
- 1/2 cup ice, or more if needed
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Pour into tall glass, garnish with additional blueberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy immediately.
