Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup froze Wild Blueberries
  • 8 ounces coconut water
  • 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1 to 2 packets stevia, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice, or more if needed

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Pour into tall glass, garnish with additional blueberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy immediately.
