Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3 Trident Seafoods® Wild Alaskan Pollock Burgers, frozen not thawed
  • Vine ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Salad greens of your choice
  • Sliced pickles
  • Bacon, grilled
  • Onions
  • Your choice of rolls or flatbread
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 grilled jalapeno, with or without seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon, plus zest

Instruction

  • In lightly oiled pan, cook the burgers over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden.
  • In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for the Tzatziki, until smooth and creamy.
  • Assembly your burger on a roll or flatbread with your desired toppings.
