Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs russet potatoes (scrubbed and cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne ((optional))
- 4 whole tomatoes (from the can. Preferably San Marzano) + 1/4 cup of the juice from the can
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup homemade mayo
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt, (to taste)
Instruction
- If you are using the Oven Roasted Potato method, please *see notes and do that step first. If you are using the Air Fryer method, you can do that step after the bravas sauce as I have provided below.
