Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 avocado (halved, seeded and peeled)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Use this sauce on top of salads, roasted veggies, fish, chicken and veggie noodles. Enjoy!
