Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1 avocado (halved, seeded and peeled)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Use this sauce on top of salads, roasted veggies, fish, chicken and veggie noodles. Enjoy!
