Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (I use white whole wheat)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix the first four dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, oil and milk and stir with wooden spoon until just blended. Spoon into muffin cups and fill each about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 18 minutes or until golden and spring back when touched. ENJOY!!
