Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Flax seeds (Roasted and Powdered )
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Buttermilk (If Buttermilk is not available, take 1 cup milk and add a few drops of lemon into it and keep aside for 5 minutes)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Butter (For cooking)
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to make a lump free batter.
- Take a small non stick pan and grease it with butter.
- Heat the pan over medium flame.
- Pour 2 ladle full batter in to the pan and cover the pan.
- Flip the pancake once it is slightly browned from the bottom.
- Cook the other side as well.
- Remove on a plate.
- Make all the pancakes in the same manner.
- Drizzle with honey or any other sauce of your choice and garnish with fresh fruits and nuts.
- Serve warm.
