Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Flax seeds (Roasted and Powdered )
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Buttermilk (If Buttermilk is not available, take 1 cup milk and add a few drops of lemon into it and keep aside for 5 minutes)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Butter (For cooking)

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to make a lump free batter.
  • Take a small non stick pan and grease it with butter.
  • Heat the pan over medium flame.
  • Pour 2 ladle full batter in to the pan and cover the pan.
  • Flip the pancake once it is slightly browned from the bottom.
  • Cook the other side as well.
  • Remove on a plate.
  • Make all the pancakes in the same manner.
  • Drizzle with honey or any other sauce of your choice and garnish with fresh fruits and nuts.
  • Serve warm.
