Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs and maple syrup.
- Stir in flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add chocolate chips and stir just until mixed.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until bread is set and knife comes out clean.
