Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 large apple (cored and quartered)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (or salt of choice)
- 2 Tbsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Add all of the ingredients together in the blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium high heat and scoop 1/4 cup portions onto skillet and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side.
- Serve with your choice of topping.
