Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 large apple (cored and quartered)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or salt of choice)
  • 2 Tbsp stevia
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients together in the blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium high heat and scoop 1/4 cup portions onto skillet and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side.
  • Serve with your choice of topping.
