Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head of cauliflower (whole)
- 1/3 cup kosher salt
- plus 1 1/2 tsp flake salt
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 550 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 1/3 cup kosher salt—enough water to just cover the cauliflower head. Add the head and boil for 12 minutes. When the cauliflower is tender, remove from the water and pat dry.
- Place on baking sheet and rub with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Place in the lower third of the oven for 23-25 minutes.
- To serve, cut into 4 thick steaks and enjoy à la carte or with additional sauces.
