Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 5 lb Whole Chicken
- Steak Seasoning - To Taste
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 8 carrots (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 6 ribs celery (cut into pieces)
- 2 onions (cut into pieces)
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Sherry (or additional broth)
- Fresh Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
Instruction
- Pour broth and sherry into your electric pressure cooker.
- Add onion, potatoes, carrots and celery.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Season both sides of chicken with steak seasoning and place on top of veggies.
- Place rosemary on top of chicken and seal the lid.
- Cook at high pressure on manual for 35 minutes. Do not let the warming feature kick on.
- Quick release and remove from heat immediately.
