Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 5 lb Whole Chicken
  • Steak Seasoning - To Taste
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 8 carrots (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 6 ribs celery (cut into pieces)
  • 2 onions (cut into pieces)
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Cooking Sherry (or additional broth)
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper

Instruction

  • Pour broth and sherry into your electric pressure cooker.
  • Add onion, potatoes, carrots and celery.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Season both sides of chicken with steak seasoning and place on top of veggies.
  • Place rosemary on top of chicken and seal the lid.
  • Cook at high pressure on manual for 35 minutes. Do not let the warming feature kick on.
  • Quick release and remove from heat immediately.
