Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1, 750 ml bottle of a dry white wine, (Pinot Grigio works well)
- 1 naval orange, (peeled, sectioned, seeds removed, sections cut into 3 pieces each)
- 1 medium cucumber, (scrubbed and sliced into ¼ inch (6 mm) slices)
- (15 g) fresh mint chopped
- (15 g) fresh basil chopped
- 1/4 cup 60 ml Simple Syrup
- 3 cups (750m) of sparkling water
- Ice
Instruction
- Place your chopped herbs into the bottom of a pitcher. I like clear glass so that I can see all the pretty colors.
- Add your naval orange and cucumber slices, then add the simple syrup, if using it.
- Add wine to the pitcher and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- When you are ready to serve, add sparkling water and ice. Serving size will be about 1 cup (240 ml) of sangria mixture over ice.
