Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 bag Tea
  • 1 small Cherimoya
  • 2 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
  • liquid Sweetener
  • 0.5 small Star fruit
  • Ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place the tea bag in a cup with 5 ounces of boiling water and steep according to package instructions, then let cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, peel cherimoya, cut in half, remove seeds and cut flesh into pieces.
  • Combine cherimoya with yogurt in a tall vessel and add sweetener to taste.
  • Rinse star fruit, wipe dry and cut into slices. 
  • Add cooled tea and ice cubes to the vessel along with cherimoya pieces and puree with an immersion blender. Pour into a serving glass and sweeten to taste. Garnish with star fruit slices and serve immediately.
