Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 3 cups coffee (cold brew is awesome here
  • but regular coffee cooled down will work)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup coffee liqueur
  • such as Kahlua
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vodka

Instruction

  • Spray a 9x5” loaf pan with non-stick spray and line with plastic wrap
  • Combine coffee, cream, coffee liqueur, sugar, water and vodka together in a large pitcher or bowl
  • Pour into the loaf pan and freeze until it’s about 40% set, about one hour
  • Stick popsicle sticks into the loaf pan in two rows of 6 and return to freezer until completely solid, about 4 hours
  • When you’re ready to eat these guys, remove the frozen block of delicious from the loaf pan (just lift the plastic wrap out of the pan then peel it off)
  • Using a hot knife (run it under hot water for a minute or so), slice the block into 12 “popsicles”– you’re aiming to get the stick in the center of the block, like, you know… a popsicle
