Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 3 cups coffee (cold brew is awesome here
- but regular coffee cooled down will work)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup coffee liqueur
- such as Kahlua
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vodka
Instruction
- Spray a 9x5” loaf pan with non-stick spray and line with plastic wrap
- Combine coffee, cream, coffee liqueur, sugar, water and vodka together in a large pitcher or bowl
- Pour into the loaf pan and freeze until it’s about 40% set, about one hour
- Stick popsicle sticks into the loaf pan in two rows of 6 and return to freezer until completely solid, about 4 hours
- When you’re ready to eat these guys, remove the frozen block of delicious from the loaf pan (just lift the plastic wrap out of the pan then peel it off)
- Using a hot knife (run it under hot water for a minute or so), slice the block into 12 “popsicles”– you’re aiming to get the stick in the center of the block, like, you know… a popsicle
