Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
Instruction
- Cream the butter in a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Remove dough and form into small balls.
- Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove and let cool on sheet for two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
