Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 125 g butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup icing *to decorate
Instruction
- Grease a 12-hole muffin pan and preheat oven to 190C.
- Combine flour, sugar, chocolate and raspberries in a large bowl.
- Combine egg, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla, and stir into flour mix.
- Spoon mixture into pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Turn out onto wire rack to cool and dust with icing sugar.
