Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 200ml crème fraîche
  • 200ml double cream
  • crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs, to serve

Instruction

  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over, not in, a pan of boiling water. Be very gentle with the heat as white chocolate can seize easily.
  • Take off the heat and cool a little. Stir in the crème fraîche and cream and mix together until velvety smooth. Pour into 6 little glasses and chill in the fridge for an hour. Scatter over the crushed mini eggs just before serving.
