Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter (softened (2 sticks))
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a large mixer bowl, cream together butter & sugars until smooth.
- Slowly beat in eggs
- Mix in extracts.
- Add in flour, baking soda, and salt, beating well.
- Fold in the macadamia nuts & white chocolate.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Add additional chocolate chips on top while cookies are still hot
- Transfer to a wire cooling rack after 2-3 minutes & allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to an airtight container.
