Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3¼ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, (room temperature)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 12 oz bag white chocolate morsels
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt together.
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, or a stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat until incorporated.
- Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat on low until combined.
- Add white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts into cookie batter. Stir.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon, or use a 1-inch cookie scoop, onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes or until edges just start to turn brown.
- Remove from oven and let sit of baking sheet for two minutes.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
