Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, (room temperature)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp corn syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 oz bag white chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt together.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, or a stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup together until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and beat until incorporated.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat on low until combined.
  • Add white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts into cookie batter. Stir.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoon, or use a 1-inch cookie scoop, onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-9 minutes or until edges just start to turn brown.
  • Remove from oven and let sit of baking sheet for two minutes.
  • Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
