Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, (packed)
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Add the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and place at least 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are just starting to brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to sit on the pan for a few minutes before removing to a cooling rack. Press additional chocolate chips and nuts on top. Sprinkle with a little bit of sea salt.
