Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup white chocolate (coarsely chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in your eggs, one at a time.
  • Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
  • Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
  • Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
