Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in your eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
