Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 sticks of butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 4 oz white chocolate baking bar (chopped (or white chocolate baking chips))
- 1/2 cup cranberries
Instruction
- Spray the bottom of your crock with nonstick spray (make sure to get it coated well)
- With your mixer beat together butter, sugar and vanilla
- Add egg and salt and mix until combined
- Add flour a little at a time and mix until dough forms
- With wooden spoon stir in white chocolate and cranberries
- Spread evenly in bottom of slow cooker
- Cook covered on low for 2 - 3 hours (if slow cooker lid is not vented, prop open slightly with wooden spoon to allow steam to escape)
