Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb strawberries (about 15)
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • milk or dark chocolate chips, sprinkles, food coloring (optional)

Instruction

  • Wash and dry your strawberries.
  • Prepare a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler. You may also use the microwave to melt the chocolate for 30 seconds at a time and then stir in between.
  • Once the chocolate is melted prepare your supplies in an assembly line -strawberries, melted chocolate, and baking sheet.
  • Holding a strawberry by the leaves, dip it into the melted white chocolate.
  • After dipping carefully place each strawberry on the lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Allow 10 minutes or so for the chocolate to harden.
  • As an added garnish you may drizzle each white chocolate covered strawberry with the remaining melted chocolate.
