Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb strawberries (about 15)
- 8 oz white chocolate
- milk or dark chocolate chips, sprinkles, food coloring (optional)
Instruction
- Wash and dry your strawberries.
- Prepare a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler. You may also use the microwave to melt the chocolate for 30 seconds at a time and then stir in between.
- Once the chocolate is melted prepare your supplies in an assembly line -strawberries, melted chocolate, and baking sheet.
- Holding a strawberry by the leaves, dip it into the melted white chocolate.
- After dipping carefully place each strawberry on the lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Allow 10 minutes or so for the chocolate to harden.
- As an added garnish you may drizzle each white chocolate covered strawberry with the remaining melted chocolate.
