Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3/4 cup White chocolate (chunks)
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 3/4 cup Bajra (pearl millet flour)
  • 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate (shavings)

Instruction

  • Grease and line a square cake tin.
  • Melt the white chocolate and butter by double boil method.
  • Add oil, vanilla essence, and sugar to this, and mix well.
  • Now, separately whisk the eggs lightly.
  • Add them to the wet mixture.
  • In a bowl, sieve together the bajra flour, wholewheat flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade.
  • Add the flour mixture slowly to the wet ingredients, mixing in between, until well combined.
  • Now pour the batter to the prepared tin and tap lightly against the counter.
  • Sprinkle the dark chocolate shavings on the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
