Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 450 g/ 16 oz/ 1 lbs very good quality white chocolate
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • CBD infused gummy bears or other CBD infused gummies of choice (See note)

Instruction

  • Line a baking tray with baking/parchment paper and set aside. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
  • Place two-thirds of the white chocolate into a double boiler and melt the chocolate fully.
  • Remove the chocolate from the heat and start adding the remaining chopped chocolate, a little at a time, stirring well with a plastic spatula, and only adding the next pieces of chocolate when the ones previously added are melted.
  • Stir in the pure vanilla extract.
  • Pour the chocolate onto the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle the chocolate with the chopped gummy bears or other gummies.
  • Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature for at least two hours or refrigerate to speed things up. Break into pieces and serve.
