Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 15 ounce can of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Drizzle of olive oil (smoked paprika and parsley, for garnish (optional))

Instruction

  • Add the beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper, to taste to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the hummus is nice and smooth, then taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
  • Place the hummus in a serving bowl and sprinkle with smoked paprika, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies and enjoy!
