Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 15 ounce can Cannellini or Northern White Beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 c Fresh Basil
- 1-2 oz Pine Nuts
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1.2 tsp Salt (more to taste)
- 1/2 c Olive Oil
Instruction
- Place first 4 ingredients in a food processor and begin to puree slowly pouring in olive oil as you go.
- Once you have reached the consistency of a smooth, slightly thick dip add the lemon juice and puree the mixture together.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve with vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.
