Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 lb mild or hot Italian sausage
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 (15 oz) cans white cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 32 oz chicken broth ((I use Better than Bouillon Base))
- 28 oz can Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- In a large pot or dutch oven, brown the sausage. Drain. Add the garlic and sautee for one minute.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except the basil) and simmer for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors blend. Stir in the basil and serve.
