The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs. creamy Dijon mustard (or whole grain Dijon mustard)
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients and whisk, or shake in a jar, until thoroughly blended.
- Toss just enough with your favorite salad to lightly coat.
- Refrigerate remaining vinaigrette for another time. Vinaigrette will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
