Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Bread or crackers for serving

Instruction

  • In a stand mixer or food processor, blend the ricotta and olive oil for 5-6 minutes until it becomes fluffy and creamy. 
  • Add salt to taste and mix until combined.
  • Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using.
  • Drizzle with olive oil just before serving. 
  • Serve with toasted bread or crackers
