Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 6 ounces Neufchatel cheese (or 1/3 less fat cream cheese) (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instruction

  • Place the Neufchatel cheese in a large glass bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the cheese until it is light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the pesto and salt, and whip until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
