The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 6 ounces Neufchatel cheese (or 1/3 less fat cream cheese) (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instruction
- Place the Neufchatel cheese in a large glass bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the cheese until it is light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the pesto and salt, and whip until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
