Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Wheat Rava 2 cups
- Thinly chopped veggies like onions (carrots, beans, cabbage, capsicum as much you wish)
- Chopped tomatoes from 2 tomatoes
- Slitted green chillies 4
- Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
- Oil 4 tea spoons
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon Urad dal and chana dal 1 tea spoon each
- Roasted cashews few (Optional)
Instruction
- Heat a pan with oil. Do the seasoning with mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal. Once they splutter and the dals become brown put the onions and green chillies to it.
- After frying it for 30 seconds add the tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes become soft. Now add the chopped veggies and fry for a minute. Add the Wheat rava and fry in medium flame for two minutes.
- Add required salt and pour 5 cups of water to it. Mix well and close the pan with a lid. Keep the flame to minimum and allow it to get cooked for 15 minutes.
- Switch off the stove. Garnish with coriander, curry leaves and cashewnuts.
