Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Wheat Rava 2 cups
  • Thinly chopped veggies like onions (carrots, beans, cabbage, capsicum as much you wish)
  • Chopped tomatoes from 2 tomatoes
  • Slitted green chillies 4
  • Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
  • Oil 4 tea spoons
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon Urad dal and chana dal 1 tea spoon each
  • Roasted cashews few (Optional)

Instruction

  • Heat a pan with oil. Do the seasoning with mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal. Once they splutter and the dals become brown put the onions and green chillies to it.
  • After frying it for 30 seconds add the tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes become soft. Now add the chopped veggies and fry for a minute. Add the Wheat rava and fry in medium flame for two minutes.
  • Add required salt and pour 5 cups of water to it. Mix well and close the pan with a lid. Keep the flame to minimum and allow it to get cooked for 15 minutes.
  • Switch off the stove. Garnish with coriander, curry leaves and cashewnuts.
