Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 ozs linguine
- 2 tbsp butter - unsalted
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (bruised and peeled)
- 1 tbsp oregano (minced)
- black pepper (to taste)
- ¼ tsp salt
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high, add butter and melt. Reduce heat and add basil, parsley, garlic, thyme, oregano, pepper, and salt. Continue cooking until herbs become wilted.
- Remove and discard garlic
- Pour over pasta. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
