Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg (3 oz) sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) low-fat cream cheese
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, add boiling water.
- Whisk in jello mix for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese, and lemon juice.
- Stir to mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to an 8x8 baking dish.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Cut into 8 equal sized squares.
