Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) sugar-free lemon gelatin
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) low-fat cream cheese

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, add boiling water.
  • Whisk in jello mix for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Stir to mix until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  • Cut into 8 equal sized squares.
